Update billing details

Our systems allows only one billing contact per client. If you want to invoice a service to another contact you need another account in our clientarea.

Edit your billing details

If you want to edit you billing details:

  1. Login to out clientarea
  2. In the top-right corner click on your name, then click on "Edit Account Details"
  3. The next invoices will be created for this contact

If you want to use a different contact

  1. Login to our clientarea
  2. In the top-right corner click on your name, then click on "Contacts/Sub-Accounts"
  3. Add you new contact details and save
  4. Follow the steps 1 and 2 above to edit your acount details
  5. Look for the "Default Billing Contact" and select the contact from the dropdown menu
