Yes! Unlike a normal VPS plan our Cloud plans are redundant. That is to say that if the hardware supporting your cloud plan has a problem your virtual environment is automatically restarted on new hardware in a few minutes.
No, there is no minimum contract. You can pay monthly and cancel at any time. If you order for a longer period you are entitled to a discount.
We make one full copy per day for your machine and keep the 7 most recent copies. You can check from the client area which copies are available and restore them yourself. If you have a Managed plan we will take care of the restore.
Of course, you can host as many sites as you want, there's no limit. You just need to make sure that the plan you choose has enough space, memory and power to host all your websites. If you are not sure which plan is best suited to your needs write us.
If you buy a Managed plan you won't need any knowledge, it will be like managing a regular shared hosting plan with cPanel. We'll take care of the server.
On Cloud plans there are no hourly sending limits but we suggest to set a sending limit of 500 emails per hour to prevent the IP from blacklisting due to a compromised script that sends spam.
